Allianz has announced acquisition

Allianz has announced acquisition of the insurance portfolio of property and casualty Dutch Aegon insurance. This portfolio consists of two parts – an active commercial portfolio with a total volume of about 90 million euros, and there are portfolios of authorized agents and coinsurance. Allianz portfolio in the segment of property and casualty insurance in the Netherlands will grow with this transaction from 4.4 percent to 5 percent. About 70 employees of Aegon will be transferred to Allianz.
